Overview

Enkelt AI is an assistant built into your dashboard. Ask it about your schedule, roster, attendance, tasks, or results in everyday language, and it answers using your organization's own data — nothing else.

It works with your permissions. A player only ever sees what a player is allowed to see, and a coach sees the fuller picture — the assistant can never surface data your role couldn't already open on its own.

Enkelt AI never acts on its own. Ask it to do something and it drafts a proposal — you review the details and confirm before anything happens.

Every proposal shows exactly what will change before you approve it. You can adjust or dismiss it, and nothing is saved until you click confirm.

How to open it

Enkelt AI is one step away from anywhere in the dashboard.

Keyboard shortcut

Press Cmd/Ctrl + J to open the assistant instantly.

Command palette

Open the command palette and choose the "Ask AI" row.

Sidebar button

Click "Ask AI" in the dashboard sidebar.

On mobile

Tap the assistant icon in the top bar — it opens full-screen.

Privacy

Your conversations are processed under a zero-data-retention agreement and routed only to hosts in Western regions. The assistant reads your data through the same role checks as the rest of Enkelt, and the roster tool deliberately exposes no personal fields — no phone numbers, passport details, or salary.
