Discord Bot

Enkelt Assistant mirrors your in-app notifications to Discord — personal events land as direct messages, team events post to your mapped channels, and every message links straight back into Enkelt.

Enkelt Assistant is a Discord bot that keeps your team in the loop without anyone needing to open the dashboard. Notifications that already exist in Enkelt — match reminders, task assignments, scrim requests, and more — are mirrored to Discord automatically.

Personal notifications arrive as a direct message to the person they're for. Team-wide events post in the Discord channel your org has mapped to that team. Every message includes a link straight back to the relevant page in Enkelt.

Everything the bot does, in short.

Personal DMs

Notifications meant for you — task assignments, role changes, contract alerts — arrive as a direct message from Enkelt Assistant.

Team Channels

Team-wide events like match results and lineup posts go to the Discord channel mapped to that team.

RSVP from Discord

Match RSVP requests arrive as a DM with buttons — respond without leaving Discord.

Slash Commands

Check your schedule, tasks, and link status right from Discord with /schedule, /mytasks, and more.

Connecting your Discord server takes a couple of minutes and only needs to be done once.

Info

The Discord module must be enabled for your organization, and you need manager access or higher.
1

Add Enkelt Assistant to your server

Go to Settings → Discord and select "Add to Discord". Choose the server you want to connect when Discord prompts you.

2

Choose a default channel

Pick the channel where org-wide notifications should post when no team-specific channel is set.

3

Map channels per team (optional)

Assign a channel to each team from the same settings page, or run /setchannel inside the channel you want to use — it maps that channel to the team automatically.

Every member connects their own Discord account to start receiving personal DMs.

1

Connect your account

Go to Settings → Preferences and select "Connect Discord", or run /link from any channel Enkelt Assistant can see.

2

Set your DM language and mute preferences

Under Settings → Notifications you can choose the language for your Discord DMs and mute individual notification types.

When a match is coming up, players get a direct message with three buttons: ✅ In, ❌ Out, and 🤔 Maybe. Tapping one records your answer instantly — it shows up in Enkelt's attendance the same way an in-app RSVP would.

InOut🤔 Maybe

What the bot stores

Enkelt Assistant only stores your Discord user ID and username to link your account — it never reads message content in your server. Every command is role-scoped, so it only ever shows you what you'd already see inside Enkelt.

Start with the default channel

Set an org-wide default channel first, then map individual team channels later as needed. Notifications for teams without a mapped channel fall back to the default.
